AMLAW 100- Insurance Defense / Products Liability Litigator | California Bar Required | 100% Remote (Washington) | Up to $275k + Bonus + Full Benefits

We’re partnering with a national litigation platform with a true 50-state footprint that’s expanding their Seattle office and is open to attorneys working fully remote (Washington Bar required).

This is a high-quality defense-side seat for litigators who want tort + products work, strong writing/research expectations, and the chance to learn directly from a seasoned trial attorney who has taken numerous matters to verdict — including complex product disputes and high-stakes litigation.

The Role

\n
• Defense-side litigation in tort / GL / products / catastrophic injury matters
\n
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
\n
• Handle depositions and work directly with clients and opposing counsel
\n
• Support trial prep and strategic litigation work
\n

Compensation

\n
• Up to $275k depending on experience
\n

Must-Haves

\n
• Active Washington Bar (mandatory)
\n
• 3+ years tort / products / GL experience preferred (all levels considered)
\n
• Strong academics + excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
\n
• Defense-side mindset
\n
