Am Law 100 law firm , is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Attorney with
3+ years of experience to join its Colorado practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated healthcare-related disputes while taking meaningful responsibility for case strategy and day-to-day litigation.\n

About The Role This attorney will support and manage a range of healthcare litigation matters, with substantial involvement in discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, case evaluation, and trial preparation.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities \n
\n - Manage healthcare litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution
\n - Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive filings
\n - Take and defend depositions
\n - Develop discovery plans and litigation strategy
\n - Research complex legal and factual issues
\n - Participate in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
\n - Work directly with clients on case developments, risk assessment, and strategy
\n - Assist with trial preparation and trial-related responsibilities
\n - Coordinate with partners and other attorneys while independently managing deadlines and assignments
\n
Qualifications \n
\n - 3+ years of litigation experience
\n - Active Colorado Bar admission required
\n - Experience with substantive motion practice
\n - Experience taking and defending depositions
\n - Strong discovery-management skills
\n - Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
\n - Strong oral advocacy and client communication skills
\n - Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with limited supervision
\n - Trial experience is preferred but not required
\n - Collaborative, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of matters
\n
