We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Implement care plans as established by healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to medical guidelines. Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Provide hospice care support when necessary, ensuring comfort during end-of-life care. Skills Experience in senior care or home health settings is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and record systems is advantageous. Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in client health status. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding. Knowledge of long-term care practices and hospice care principles is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Cooking skills to prepare healthy meals that meet client preferences and dietary restrictions.
