Machine Operator – 3 Day Weekends! (Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!

What You Will Do:

As a Machine Operator, you will run punch press machines and production equipment to create high-quality parts. You will be responsible for keeping your station running smoothly and checking your work to ensure it meets quality standards.

• Operate punch press machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic quality checks using tape measures and basic tools.
• Load steel and raw materials into the machines.
• Assist with basic machine setups and minor preventative maintenance.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.

What We Are Looking For:

If you are reliable and eager to work, we want to talk to you!

• Experience: At least 6 months of machine operating, manufacturing, or general production experience.
• Skills: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Reliability: A strong track record of good attendance and punctuality.
• Bonus Points: Forklift experience, mechanical blueprint reading, or experience with minor machine maintenance/setups is a huge plus (but not required!).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schiller Park, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Schiller Park,IL.
