Part-Time Sales & Administrative Assistant
Approximately 20 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday | Flexible Daytime Schedule
$22–$25/hour, depending on experience
Eclipse Integrated Systems is looking for a dependable, organized and personable Part-Time Sales & Administrative Assistant to help with sales, project coordination and the day-to-day administrative needs of our business.
This position will work directly with the owner and is ideal for someone looking for a consistent part-time role during daytime business hours. We’re looking for approximately 20 hours per week, with some flexibility in establishing a regular Monday–Friday schedule. There may also be an opportunity for additional hours in the future as the role grows.
What You'll Help With
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable and good at following things through to completion.
You should be comfortable communicating with customers and vendors by phone and email and be comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office and other business applications.
Previous experience in administration, sales support, customer service, purchasing or project coordination would be helpful.
Some familiarity with IT, computers, Microsoft 365, computer hardware or technology-related businesses is a plus, but you do not need to be an IT professional. We're happy to teach the right person our systems and terminology.
More than anything, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to details, enjoys helping customers and doesn't mind wearing a few different hats.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday during daytime business hours, with some flexibility
Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Location: In-office
