Sr Salesforce Administrator6+ Contract RoleOwings Mills, Maryland 21117/Remote Till COVIDJob DescriptionThe Sr. Salesforce Administrator manages and implements Salesforce access control, application deployments, environment enhancements, monitoring and oversight to ensure stability, compliance and availability of the Salesforce environment to all users.Proactive administration of the Salesforce environment to ensure stability, integrity and performance of the environment. Includes sandbox refreshes, user and data management.Manage and perform application deployments including the migration of code and configuration to all environments, validation oversight, and burn-in support. Manage the release pipeline through multiple environments and ensure appropriate code promotion processes are followed.Qualifications:College degree and 4 years of related work experience, or Associate degree and 6 years related work experience, orSalesforce administration knowledge and work experienceSalesforce Admin CertificationSalesforce Sales Cloud CertificationAgile methodology knowledge and work experienceIT Security and Risk controls knowledge and experienceSalesforce system administration experience, including configuration and development expertiseSalesforce environment and release management knowledge and experienceSalesforce Lightning knowledge and experienceExperience with sfApex, DemandTools, AutoRabit, DMI Rainmaker, GIT and Rally toolsGood communication skills and ability to work directly with end users and business clientsKnowledge and experience with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to work collaboratively with others in an Agile environmentIT Risk and Controls experience; IT audit experience and knowledge of SOC2 requirementsStrong knowledge of relational databases and conceptsDemonstrated analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities under tight deadlinesAbility offer solutions and the business impact to clients in a clear and concise manner.
