General Job Description:
Performs duties of a clerical nature, including close attention to operational details to assure timely processing of shipping paperwork and documentation to meet customer requirements. Updates Plant Manager throughout shift with status and progress against customers schedule requirements. Informs customer service of issues relative to order processing.
